This policy describes information used by Mami Dance. The public preview offers examples and guides. Personalized uploads, generation, sign-in and payments are not open yet.

What we collect

We process your email and account details to sign you in; photos you choose to upload; generation requests and results; and technical records needed for security, limits and service operation. Payment records, when checkout is enabled, are handled with our payment processor. We do not receive full card details.

Who processes it

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, storage and job processing. When real generation runs, selected photos, the dance reference and generation instructions are sent to Kie and its model provider. Stripe processes payments when enabled. Google sign-in is optional. We do not sell uploaded photos. Google provides website usage analytics through Google Analytics 4.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos expire 7 days after upload. Photos required by an unresolved payment or active generation are retained until that work is resolved. Generated videos expire 30 days after completion; download a copy before then. Expired links stop working, and a scheduled task deletes eligible files from our storage in batches, retrying failures. Order, payment, refund and security records are retained separately from media. Public fictional-person examples and dance references are not customer uploads and are excluded from this cleanup. AI providers process copies under their own retention policies; deleting our copy does not delete a provider’s copy. Public photo uploads and personalized generation are currently closed; these retention periods apply when the service opens.

Cookies

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure page visits, referral sources, device information and interactions such as dance-option selections and example expansion. Our custom events do not include photos, file paths or email addresses. When sign-in becomes available, an internal account ID may be used to connect activity across sessions. Session storage retains your selected dance options. Session and abuse-prevention cookies are used when the associated services are enabled. You can manage or block cookies in your browser.

Your choices

You may stop using the service or request access, correction or deletion through the published support contact once the service launches. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Upload only your own photo or a photo of an adult who has agreed to this use.
