DMCA and takedowns

Respect creators’ work. Mami Dance links to the original trend rather than claiming ownership of it. This development preview has not designated a public DMCA agent; the operator must establish a working rights-contact process before launch.
Sending a notice
A copyright report should identify the copyrighted work, the exact URL or material at issue, your contact details and your authority to act. Include a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement that your information is accurate and that you are authorized to act under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. Reports will be reviewed through the published contact once operational.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed by mistake, identify the removed material and its former location and provide your contact details and signature. A statutory counter-notice requires additional statements, including good-faith belief, jurisdiction and acceptance of service. Consult the U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 guidance and obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before submitting one.
Repeat infringers
Accounts used for repeated infringement may be suspended or terminated when appropriate. We may also restrict uploads or disable access to disputed content while reviewing a report.
Contact details will be published when support opens. Personalized video creation and payments are not available yet.
